* The most common diseases are the Hantavirus, Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis, Tularmia and Plague.

* Diseases can spread through their urine, droppings, saliva and nesting materials.

* Rodents can produce as many as 25,000 fecal pellets per year or roughly 70 per day.

* Rodent droppings can trigger allergies

* Rodent Droppings can transmit food borne illness such as Salmonella.
